Custom Order FAQs
How do I determine my nail size?
You can order custom sizing by following the coin method for the most accurate fit! Accurate sizing is key, as custom sets are non-refundable. Preset sizes small through extra large are available. Preset size guide can be found on my website and are also pinned on my instagram.
What is the processing time for custom orders?
Custom sets typically take 4-6 business days to design and hand-paint after payment is received. Rush orders are available for an additional fee if you have a tight deadline.
Can I request revisions to the design?
Once a quote is approved and payment is made, minor adjustments can be requested before painting begins. Major design changes after the process starts may incur extra costs.
Are custom sets returnable?
Due to the bespoke nature and hygiene reasons, all custom press-on nail orders are final sale. We ensure quality and accuracy based on your submitted request.
How long do the nails last?
With proper application using glue, they can last up to 2 -3 weeks. Using adhesive tabs allows for short-term wear (1-2 days), making the sets easily reusable for multiple occasions.
